Gin O'Clock

In Japanese, "Roku" means six, which refers to the 6 botanicals that go into this crafted gin: sakura (both flower and leaf), sencha (green) tea, gyokuro tea, sansho pepper and yuzu peel (a local citrus fruit). These are blended with more conventional gin botanicals, such as juniper, coriander, cinnamon, and cardamom seeds. All of this works together to produce a flavourful spirit.
